Hey, I'm Cassidy
I'm a professional sports photographer and videographer based between the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
I’ve grown up on the Gold Coast my whole life and have always loved living 5 minutes from the beach. Before my worked picked up to a professional level I loved shooting sunrise/ sunsets surf, and I’m working towards releasing a series of landscape prints soon.
I also play NBL1 basketball in Brisbane, which is how I got into sports photography. I have experience shooting a wide range of sports, with basketball and swimming being my favourites to capture.
I currently work full-time as a freelance photographer/ videographer. I work closely with Medal Shots, a professional sports photography company based in Brisbane. I work as their lead photographer and also manage their social media, creating reels, graphics, and posts for their marketing.
Some organisations I have worked with Basketball Australia, Basketball Queensland, Swimming Australia, Swimming Queensland, Gymnastics Queensland, plus others. I've also collaborated with teams and brands including the Perth Wildcats, Speedo, Struddys, Dulux, and Guzman Y Gomez.
